  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our production times vary throughout the year, but the average order is shipped out within a week of proof approval. You will receive your virtual proof from a STRIKE representative within one business day of sending in artwork. Once you have approved of the proof, your order is sent into production and will ship out (on average) within seven business days. Please factor in an additional 2-4 days for shipping. Ask your STRIKE rep about placing a rush order if you need your items sooner.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    We do add shipping costs to all orders. However, if you would for like us to use your company's shipper number, or a third-party shipper number, we are able to do so.
  • Where will my order ship from?
    All orders produced domestically will ship from Darien, IL. Talk to your STRIKE rep in regards to any shipping information for orders produced overseas.
  • What color are the wristbands?
    All of the wristbands themselves are made from a clear plastic and are attached using a colored plastic clasp housing the LED. So, when the LED is turned off, the wristband remains clear. When you turn the LED on, the clear wristband and the engraved message will illuminate to be the chosen color of your LED.
  • Are the wristbands adjustable?
    The wristbands cannot be made larger, but you can cut them to fit smaller wrists if needed. Talk to your STRIKE rep for instructions on how to do so.
  • What's their shelf life? How long will my band glow?
    The wristbands still work and look great after one year on a shelf. Their batteries will keep them glowing for 10-12 hours when the bands are left on constantly, and those can be switched out when needed.
  • What kind of batteries do they take? Do you sell batteries?
    Our products function on CR 1220 Cell watch battery, easily found at a convenience store or pharmacy. We do not sell the replacement batteries ourselves, but all of our products do have batteries included.
  • Are there set-up fees?
    Yes, we do impose set-up fees when creating your customized products. Your STRIKE rep will break this cost down for you when providing you with a cost estimate. All of our fees are added on up-front, so you won't be surprised by additional charges later on in the ordering process.
  • Can I get samples?
    Absolutely! Contact a STRIKE rep to help determine what you're looking for, and they'll happily send some samples your way.
